Drop in Group Online Session
Join me for a transformative 45-minute online group breathwork session, offered twice every Wednesday—once in the morning at 6.45am and again in the evening at 8pm. These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of intentional breathing in a supportive group setting. Whether you’re looking to start your day with clarity and focus or unwind in the evening with deep relaxation, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
No matter where you are in your breathwork journey, you’re welcome to join. All you need is a quiet space, a comfortable place to sit or lie down, and an open heart. I’d love to breathe with you—come and experience the power of collective healing.
1:1 Online Session
Experience the power of breathwork in a private 1:1 session, fully customised to your unique needs and intentions. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, emotional release, deeper connection or personal transformation, we’ll tailor the session to support your journey.
Together we can create a safe and guided space for you to explore your breath, reset your nervous system, and unlock greater clarity and peace.
